But the cautious shall live amongst gardens and fountains: 45 "Enter in peace and tranquility," (they will be told). 46 We shall remove all rancor from their hearts, and as brethren they shall recline on couches face to face. 47 Toil cometh not unto them there, nor will they be expelled from thence. 48 ۞ [O Muhammad], inform My servants that it is I who am the Forgiving, the Merciful. 49 and that My punishment is a painful one. 50 And tell them of Abraham's guests, 51 (How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you. 52 They said: Be not afraid! Lo! we bring thee good tidings of a boy possessing wisdom. 53 Abraham asked, "Are you giving me the glad news of a son in my old age? What reason can you give for such glad news?" 54 They said, "We have given you good tidings in truth, so do not be of the despairing." 55 He said, "Who but the misguided despair of the mercy of their Lord?" 56 [Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?" 57 They said, “We have been sent towards a guilty nation.” 58 "Excepting the adherents of Lut: them we are certainly (charged) to save (from harm),- All - 59 all together, excepting his wife -- we have decreed, she shall surely be of those that tarry.' 60
