۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 [bidding them to call out his troops and to proclaim:] "Behold, these [children of Israel] are but a contemptible band; 54 "And verily, they have done what has enraged us; 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable place. 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 61 Moses said, "Certainly not. My Lord is with me and He will certainly guide me." 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 and drowned the other party. 66 In this there was certainly evidence (of the Truth), but most of them did not have any faith. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68
