The unbelievers say, 'What, when we are dust, and our fathers, shall we indeed be brought forth? 67 We have been promised this, and our fathers before; this is naught but the fairy-tales of the ancients.' 68 Say, "Roam across the earth and observe what was the end of the sinful ones." 69 Do not grieve over them, nor feel distressed at their schemes. 70 They also say: "When will this promise (come to pass)? (Say) if ye are truthful." 71 Say: It may be that a part of that which ye would hasten on is close behind you. 72 And surely your Lord is the Lord of grace to men, but most of them are not grateful. 73 Lo! thy Lord knoweth surely all that their bosoms hide, and all that they proclaim. 74 And not a thing is there hidden in heaven and earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Surely this Quran declares to the children of Israel most of what they differ in. 76 And most surely it is a guidance and a mercy for the believers. 77 Certainly your Lord will decide between them in His wisdom, He is the Almighty, the All Knowing, 78 Therefore put your trust in Allah, for you are upon a clear truth. 79 Surely you do not make the dead to hear, and you do not make the deaf to hear the call when they go back retreating. 80 Nor can you lead the blind out of their error, you can only make to hear those who believe in Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), and who have submitted (themselves to Allah in Islam as Muslims). 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to pass against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that shall wound them, because people did not believe in Our communications. 82
