▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ Furthermore I call to witness the setting of the Stars,- 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 That this is indeed the glorious Qur'an 77 in a hidden Book 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 80 Is it such a talk (this Quran) that you (disbelievers) deny? 81 And to give (it) the lie you make your means of subsistence. 82 Why, but when the soul leaps to the throat of the dying 83 And you are at that time looking on - 84 (And We are nigher him than you, but you do not see Us) 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 But if he [the dying person] is one of those brought near to God, 88 then happiness and delight and Gardens of Bliss are his. 89 And if he is one of those on the right hand, 90 Then peace to you from those on the right hand. 91 But if he is of the rejecters, the erring, 92 The welcome will be boiling water 93 And roasting at hell-fire. 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 Therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) proclaim the Purity of the name of your Lord, the Greatest. 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
