The tree of Zaqqum will indeed be 43 shall be the food of the sinful. 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 like the boiling of burning despair. 46 (And it will be said): Take him and drag him to the midst of hell, 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water." 48 They will be told, "Suffer the torment. You had thought yourselves to be majestic and honorable. 49 "Verily! This is that whereof you used to doubt!" 50 Verily the God-fearing will be in a place secure 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 Dressed in brocade and shot silk, facing one another. 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 There in security, they will call for every kind of fruit. 55 They shall not taste therein death except the first death, and He will save them from the punishment of the hell, 56 a bounty from thy Lord; that is the mighty triumph. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad). Lo! they (too) are waiting. 59
