▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 2 of 3
Everyone that is thereon will pass away; 26 Yet the Face of your Lord will abide forever, Majestic and Splendid. 27 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 28 All those who are in the heavens and the earth ask of Him; every moment He is in a state (of glory). 29 Which of your Lord's laudable attributes will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 30 We shall attend to you, O you two classes (jinns and men)! 31 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 32 O assembly of jinn and man! if ye be able to pass out of the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass out; ye can not pass out except with authority. 33 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 34 (If you so venture) a flame of fire and smoke shall be lashed at you, which you shall be unable to withstand. 35 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 36 And when the heaven splitteth asunder and becometh rosy like red hide - 37 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 38 For on that Day neither man nor invisible being will be asked about his sins. 39 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 40 The sinners shall be known by their mark, they shall be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 42 This will be the hell which those who are lost in sin [now] call a lie: 43 They will go round and around between it and boiling water. 44 Which of the favours of your Lord will you then deny? 45

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
