So I swear by whatsoever you see, 38 and by what you do not see, 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 It is not the speech of a poet (little do you believe) 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand; 45 Then We would certainly have cut off his aorta. 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 Surely it is a Reminder to the godfearing; 48 but We know that some of you will cry lies. 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
