[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 High has He reared its vault and formed it in accordance with what it was meant to be; 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 And after that He spread the earth. 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 all this as provision for you and your cattle. 33 Then, when the Great Catastrophe comes 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 then as for him who was insolent 37 And who chose the life of the world, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 Lo! the Garden will be his home. 41 They question thee of the Hour: when will its arrival be? 42 What concern do you have regarding its explanation? (You are not bound to tell them) 43 With thy Lord is the Limit fixed therefore. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat). Sent down in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
