The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the sky containing great stars 1 And by oath of the Promised Day. 2 by the Witness and the witnessed, 3 Accursed be the People of the Ditch! 4 The people of the fuelled blazing fire. 5 They sat by it 6 fully conscious of what they are doing to the believers, 7 Against these they had no grudge except that they believed in Allah, the Most Mighty, the Most Praiseworthy, 8 to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. Allah witnesses everything. 9 Those who persecute (or draw into temptation) the Believers, men and women, and do not turn in repentance, will have the Penalty of Hell: They will have the Penalty of the Burning Fire. 10 As for the righteously striving believers, they will live in Paradise wherein streams flow. This is the greatest triumph. 11 Truly strong is the Grip (and Power) of thy Lord. 12 Surely He it is Who originates and reproduces, 13 And He is the Forgiving, the Affectionate, 14 Master of the Honourable Throne. 15 Performer of what He desires. 16 Have you not heard about the stories of the armies 17 Of Fir'aun (Pharaoh) and Thamud? 18 But they who disbelieve are in [persistent] denial, 19 While Allah encompasses them from behind. 20 Nay! This is a Glorious Quran, 21 In the Preserved Tablet. 22

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
