Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat) before The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ When the heaven is cleft asunder. 1 and when the stars are scattered, 2 And when the oceans are swept away. 3 and when the graves are laid open: 4 every human being will [at last] comprehend, what he has sent ahead and what he has held back [in this world]. 5 O human! What has deceived you concerning your Generous Lord 6 Who created you proportionately and fashioned you 7 in whatever composition He wanted. 8 Nay! But you deny the Recompense (reward for good deeds and punishment for evil deeds). 9 And most surely there are keepers over you 10 noble, recording, 11 They know (and understand) all that ye do. 12 Indeed, the righteous will be in pleasure, 13 whereas, behold, the wicked will indeed be in a blazing fire 14 They shall enter it on the day of judgment. 15 and then shall never come out of it. 16 And what will explain to thee what the Day of Judgment is? 17 Again, what will make you know what the Day of Recompense is? 18 It is the Day when no one shall have the power to do anything for another, and all command shall be Allah's. 19
Almighty God's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
