The Comet (Al-Taareq)
17 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Town (Al-Balad) before The Moon (Al-Qamar)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the heavens and al-tariq. 1 And what could make thee conceive what it is that comes in the night? 2 (It is a nightly radiant star). 3 [for] no human being has been left unguarded. 4 So let man consider of what he was created; 5 he has been created out of a seminal fluid 6 emanating from between the loins and the ribs. 7 Lo! He verily is Able to return him (unto life) 8 On the Day when man's deepest secrets shall be put to the test 9 [man] will have no power, and no helper. 10 By the heaven with its recurring cycle of rain, 11 And the earth splitting (with plants); 12 Verily, it is a discourse distinguishing. 13 and is not to be taken lightly. 14 They are devising a guile, 15 And I (too) will make a scheme. 16 so bear with those who deny the truth, and let them be for a little while. 17
Almighty Allah's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
