Al-Teen

The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the fig and the olive! 1 And [by] Mount Sinai 2 and by this inviolable city, Mecca. 3 That We created man of finest possibilities, 4 then We cast him down as the lowest of the low, 5 except the believers who do good works, for theirs shall be an unfailing recompense. 6 What henceforth shall make thee belie the Requital? 7 Is not Allah the Greatest Judge upon all judges? 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
