It is He who gave you ears, eyes and hearts, yet how seldom you are grateful! 78 And He it is Who hath sown you broadcast in the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 He is the One who gives life and causes death and He controls the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 Aye! they say the like of that which said the ancients. 81 They say, “Will we, when we die and turn into dust and bones, be raised again?” 82 “Indeed this promise was given to us and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of earlier people.” 83 (Muhammad), say to them, "Tell me, if you know, to whom does the earth and its contents belong?" 84 They will say, God's.' Say: 'Will you not then remember?' 85 Say: "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and the Lord of the Throne (of Glory) Supreme?" 86 They will say: Unto Allah (all that belongeth). Say: Will ye not then keep duty (unto Him)? 87 Say, "In whose hand is the realm of all things - and He protects while none can protect against Him - if you should know?" 88 [And] they will reply: "[All this power belongs] to God." Say: 'How, then, can you be so deluded?" 89 Nay, but We brought them the truth and they are truly liars. 90 God has never given birth to a son and there is no other god besides Him. If there were, each god would have taken away his creatures and claimed superiority over the others. God is too exalted to be as they believe Him to be. 91 The knower of the absent and the present, too exalted is He for what they associate (with Him)! 92
