The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?" 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 for that her Lord has inspired her. 5 On that Day mankind shall issue in scatterings to see their deeds. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8
