Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan 2 And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor), 3 Woe to those who pray 4 [But] who are heedless of their prayer - 5 Those who do things only to be seen by others. 6 And withhold [simple] assistance. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
