We have set in heaven constellations and decked them out fair to the beholders, 16 And We guard it against every accursed Shaitan, 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and them doth a clear flame pursue. 18 And the earth - We have spread it out wide, and placed on it mountains firm, and caused [life] of every kind to grow on it in a balanced manner, 19 And We have appointed thereon for you livelihoods and also for those of whom ye are not the providers. 20 For, no single thing exists that does not have its source with Us; and nought do We bestow from on high unless it be in accordance with a measure well-defined. 21 And We loose the winds fertilising, and We send down out of heaven water, then We give it to you to drink, and you are not its treasurers. 22 And verily, it is We Who give life, and Who give death: it is We Who remain inheritors (after all else passes away). 23 We know the people who lived before you and those who will come into existence after you. 24 It is your Lord who will gather them. He is all wise and all knowing. 25
