And (remember) when Musa (Moses) said to his boy-servant: "I will not give up (travelling) until I reach the junction of the two seas or (until) I spend years and years in travelling." 60 But when they reached the junction between them, they forgot their fish, and it took its course into the sea, slipping away. 61 And when they had gone further, he said to his assisting youth; 'Bring us our breakfast; we are worn out from our journey' 62 He said: Didst thou see, when we took refuge on the rock, and I forgot the fish - and none but Satan caused me to forget to mention it - it took its way into the waters by a marvel. 63 [Moses] said, "That is what we were seeking." So they returned, following their footprints. 64 So they found one of Our servants, on whom We had bestowed Mercy from Ourselves and whom We had taught knowledge from Our own Presence. 65 Musa said unto him: shall I follow thee that thou mayest teach me of that which thou hast been taught a directive knowledge. 66 He (Khidr) said: "Verily! You will not be able to have patience with me! 67 "And how can you have patience about a thing which you know not?" 68 He (Moses) said: 'If Allah wills, you shall find me patient, I shall not disobey your order' 69 He said: If you would follow me, then do not question me about any thing until I myself speak to you about it 70
