And mention Musa in the Book; surely he was one purified, and he was an apostle, a prophet. 51 We called him from the right side of Mount Sinai and drew him close for communication. 52 From Our Mercy We gave him, his brother Aaron, a Prophet. 53 AND CALL to mind, through this divine writ, Ishmael. Behold, he was always true to his promise, and was an apostle [of God], a prophet, 54 And he used to enjoin on his family and his people As-Salat (the prayers) and the Zakat, and his Lord was pleased with him. 55 And mention in the Book Idris; he was a true man, a Prophet. 56 We raised him to a high position. 57 These were the Prophets from the offspring of Adam, from those who embarked with Noah and from the offspring of Abraham and Israel. God guided them and chose them for His favor. Whenever they would hear the revelations of the Beneficent God they would bow down in prostration with tears. ۩ 58 ۞ Then there succeeded after them a succession who wasted the prayer, and followed lusts; so they shall encounter error 59 Except those who repent and believe, and work righteousness: for these will enter the Garden and will not be wronged in the least,- 60 Gardens of Eden that the All-merciful promised His servants in the Unseen; His promise is ever performed. 61 There, they shall hear no idle talk, but only peace. And there they shall be given their provision at dawn and at the evening. 62 Such is the Garden which We give as an inheritance to those of Our servants who guard against Evil. 63 We never descend except at your Lord's command. What is before us and behind us and all that lies between belong to Him. Your Lord is not forgetful. 64 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them – therefore worship Him and be firm in His worship; do you know any other of the same name as His? 65
