Say, [O Muhammad], "My Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 “Therefore my Lord, do not group me with the unjust.” 94 And most surely We are well able to make you see what We threaten them with. 95 Respond to the injustice (done to you) with the better deed. We know best what they attribute to God. 96 And say: O my Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from the evil suggestions of the Shaitans; 97 "And I seek refuge with Thee O my Lord! lest they should come near me." 98 When death comes to any of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 99 “Perhaps I may do some good deeds in what I have left behind”; this is just a word that he utters from his mouth; and confronting them is a barrier until the day in which they will be raised. 100 And when the Horn is blown, on that Day their ties of kindred shall be no more, nor will they ask each other. 101 Then those whose scales are heavy, they are the successful. 102 and those whose scales are light, those will be the ones who will have courted loss. They will abide in Hell. 103 The Fire shall scorch their faces, exposing their jaws. 104 (We shall say): 'Were My verses not recited to you, and did you not belie them' 105 They will reply, "Lord, our hard-heartedness overcame us and we went astray. 106 “Our Lord, remove us from hell – then if we do the same, we are the unjust.” 107 Allah will say: "Away from Me; stay where you are and do not address Me. 108 Surely there was a party of My servants who said: O our Lord! we believe, so do Thou forgive us and have mercy on us, and Thou art the best of the Merciful ones. 109 you made a laughingstock of them and your hostility to them caused you to forget Me, and you simply kept laughing. 110 I have rewarded them this Day for their steadfastness, and it is they who have triumphed." 111 God will ask them, "How many years did you live in your graves?" 112 They will reply: 'A day, or part of a day; ask those who have kept count' 113 He will say, "You stayed not but a little - if only you had known. 114 Did you think that We had created you only for play, and that you would never be returned to Us' 115 Then high exalted be God, the King, the True! There is no god but He? the Lord of the noble Throne. 116 Whoever worships another god apart from God, for which he holds no proof, will have to account for it before his Lord. Verily the unbelievers will not prosper. 117 So say: "O my Lord! grant Thou forgiveness and mercy for Thou art the Best of those who show mercy!" 118
