O Prophet! say to your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers that they let down upon them their over-garments; this will be more proper, that they may be known, and thus they will not be given trouble; and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. 59 ۞ If the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease and the agitators in the city do not desist, We shall most certainly set you over them, then they shall not be your neighbors in it but for a little while; 60 They shall have a curse on them: whenever they are found, they shall be seized and slain (without mercy). 61 Such was the law of God among those before you; and you will not find any change in the law of God. 62 Men ask thee of the Hour. Say: The knowledge of it is with Allah only. What can convey (the knowledge) unto thee? It may be that the Hour is nigh. 63 Allah has cursed the unbelievers and has prepared for them a Blazing Fire; 64 therein to abide beyond the count of time: no protector will they find, and none to bring them succour. 65 On the Day whereon their faces shall be rolled in the Fire, they will say: Oh that we had obeyed Allah and had obeyed the apostle! 66 They will say: "O our Lord, we obeyed our leaders and the elders, but they only led us astray. 67 Our Lord, give them double the punishment and curse them with a great curse." 68
