Or do those in whose hearts is a disease (of hypocrisy), think that Allah will not bring to light all their hidden ill-wills? 29 And if We please We would have made you know them so that you would certainly have recognized them by their marks and most certainly you can recognize them by the intent of (their) speech; and Allah knows your deeds. 30 and most certainly We shall try you all, so that We might mark out those of you who strive hard [in Our cause] and are patient in adversity: for We shall put to a test [the truth of] all your assertions. 31 Those who disbelieve and bar from God's way and make a breach with the Messenger after the guidance has become clear to them, they will nothing hurt God, and He will make their works to fail. 32 Believers, obey Allah and His Messenger and never let your labors go in vain! 33 ۞ As for those who disbelieve and bar (others) from the Path of Allah and then die as unbelievers; Allah will not forgive them. 34 So be not weak and ask not for peace (from the enemies of Islam), while you are having the upper hand. Allah is with you, and will never decrease the reward of your good deeds. 35 The life of the world is but a sport and a pastime. And if ye believe and fear, He will give you your hire, and will not require of you your substance. 36 Were He to ask it from you, and ask in plenty, you would be miserly, and the miserliness would expose the filth within your hearts. 37 There you are! You are called upon to spend in the Way of Allah. Some of you are mean; yet whoever is mean is mean only to his own soul. Allah is the Rich and you are the poor. If you turn away, He will replace you with another nation, and they will not be like you. 38
