The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 will be the food of the sinful: 44 Like dregs of oil, it will boil in their bellies 45 like the boiling of hot water. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 "Then pour over his head the Penalty of Boiling Water, 48 'Taste! Surely thou art the mighty, the noble. 49 This is that concerning which you were doubting.' 50 Verily the God-fearing shall be in a secure place 51 Amidst gardens and springs. 52 Dressed in fine silk and (also) in thick silk, facing each other, 53 Just like that. We shall pair them with companions with large black eyes. 54 They shall call therein for every fruit in security; 55 There they shall not taste death, except the first death, and He will shield them from the punishment of Hell, 56 a bounty from thy Lord; that is the mighty triumph. 57 Verily, We have made this (Qur'an) easy, in thy tongue, in order that they may give heed. 58 So wait thou [for what the future will bring]: behold, they, too, are waiting. 59
