The food of the Zakkum tree 43 The food of sinners. 44 like molten lead will it boil in the belly, 45 like the boiling of burning despair. 46 “Seize him and drag him to the middle of the Blazing Fire, 47 "Then pour over his head the Penalty of Boiling Water, 48 'Taste! Surely thou art the mighty, the noble. 49 Verily this is that whereof ye were wont to doubt. 50 Surely those who fear and follow the straight path will be in a place of peace and security 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 Attired in fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 Thus (shall it be), and We will wed them with Houris pure, beautiful ones. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They shall not taste therein death except the first death, and He will save them from the punishment of the hell, 56 God will protect them from the torment of hell as a favor from your Lord. (Muhammad), this is certainly the greatest triumph. 57 (O Prophet), We have made this Book easy in your tongue so that they may take heed. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59

(1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
