With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof. 47 and We cradled the earth. And We are the Best of Cradlers. 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 And set not up another god with Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 51 Likewise, there came no messenger to those before them, but they said, "He is a sorcerer or a madman." 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 So turn away (O Muhammad SAW) from them (Quraish pagans) you are not to be blamed (as you have conveyed Allah's Message). 54 but keep on exhorting them, for exhortation benefits the believers. 55 And I have not created the jinn and mankind but that they should worship Me. 56 I want no sustenance from them nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 Therefore woe to those who disbelieve because of their day which they are threatened with. 60
