The people of Noah gave the lie to the Messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 106 I have been sent as a trusted messenger to you. 107 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 108 I ask of you no recompense for it, for my only reward is with the Lord of the Universe, 109 Have fear of God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: "Shall we believe in you, when the meanest (of the people) follow you?" 111 He said: I have no knowledge of that which they have been Working. 112 Their reckoning is upon my Lord, if ye but knew. 113 And I am not going to drive away the believers; 114 I am only a clear warner' 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will be stoned." 116 He said: "O my Lord! truly my people have rejected me. 117 So decide Thou between me and them with a decision, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 then afterwards We drowned the rest. 120 Verily there is a sign in this, yet many of them do not believe. 121 Your Lord is Majestic and All-merciful. 122
