Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 And that is indeed a tremendous oath, if you understand. 76 that this indeed is a noble Qur'an, 77 (Inscribed) in the well-kept Book. 78 none but the purified shall touch, 79 a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 80 Is it such a Message that ye would hold in light esteem? 81 You live by calling it a lie. 82 Why, but when the soul leaps to the throat of the dying 83 Whereas you watch at that moment! 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 do you not cause the soul to return to him if you are truthful in your claim? 87 Then if he be of the broughtnigh. 88 Then breath of life, and plenty, and a Garden of delight. 89 And if he be of the Companions of the Right Hand, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 And if he is from the deniers, the astray, – 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 He will burn in Hell. 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 Then praise your Lord, the most supreme. 96
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
