Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 and what you do not see 39 Most surely, it is the Word brought by an honored Apostle, 40 It is not poet's speech - little is it that ye believe! 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little do you remember. 42 [it is] a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds. 43 And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name, 44 We assuredly had taken him by the right hand 45 and cut-off his main artery. 46 And there is no one of you who could prevent [Us] from him. 47 And lo! it is a warrant unto those who ward off (evil). 48 but We know that some of you will cry lies. 49 yet, behold, this [rejection] will indeed become a source of bitter regret for all who deny the truth [of God's revelation] 50 And He, He is indeed the ultimate Reality. 51 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
