Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

۞ Did We not widen your bosom? 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And We have exalted your remembrance for you. 4 Then verily along with every hardship is ease. 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
