Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

We sent this (the Holy Koran) down on the Night of Honor. 1 Would that you knew what the Night of Destiny is! 2 The Night of Power is better than a thousand months. 3 In it descend the angels and Jibreel, by the command of their Lord – for all works. 4 It is all peace, until the rising of the dawn. 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
