The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 On that day she shall tell her news, 4 for that her Lord has inspired her. 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it! 7 And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it. 8

Almighty Allah's Truth.
