The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 Would that you knew what the Clatterer is! 3 On that Day human beings shall be like scattered moths, 4 and the mount-ains like tufts of carded wool. 5 And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance 6 will have a most pleasing life. 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 Will have his home in a (bottomless) Pit. 9 Ah, what will convey unto thee what she is! - 10 It is a blazing fire. 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
