The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

The Calamity! 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity? 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool, 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 shall be engulfed by an abyss. 9 Ah, what will convey unto thee what she is! - 10 A Fire vehemently hot! 11
