3/4 Hizb 45

And Nuh did certainly call upon Us, and most excellent answerer of prayer are We. 75 And We saved him and his family from the great affliction. 76 And We made his descendants those remaining [on the earth] 77 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations to come in later times: 78 "Peace upon Noah among the worlds." 79 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 80 Verily he was of Our bondmen believing. 81 We drowned all the others (besides Noah and his people). 82 ۞ And indeed Ibrahim is from his (Nooh’s) group. 83 Behold! he approached his Lord with a sound heart. 84 When he said to his father and his people: "What is this you worship? 85 Is it a calumny, gods apart from God, that you desire? 86 What then is your opinion of the Lord of the Worlds? 87 Then did he cast a glance at the Stars. 88 and said: 'Surely, I am sick (of what you worship)' 89 But they turned their backs on him and went away. 90 Then he went quietly to the (temple of the deities) and said: “What is the matter with you, why do you not eat? 91 What is the matter with you that you do not speak?" 92 Then did he turn upon them, striking (them) with the right hand. 93 Thereafter they (the people) came to him in haste. 94 He said: Worship ye that which ye yourselves do carve 95 and God created you and what you make?' 96 "Build a pyre for him and throw him into the raging fire." 97 And they desired a war against him, but We brought them low. 98 And he said (after his rescue from the fire): "Verily, I am going to my Lord. He will guide me!" 99 “My Lord! Give me a meritorious child.” 100 (In response to this prayer) We gave him the good news of a prudent boy; 101 Then, when (the son) reached (the age of) (serious) work with him, he said: "O my son! I see in vision that I offer thee in sacrifice: Now see what is thy view!" (The son) said: "O my father! Do as thou art commanded: thou will find me, if Allah so wills one practising Patience and Constancy!" 102 Then, when they had both surrendered (to Allah), and he had flung him down upon his face, 103 We called to him, saying: 'O Abraham, 104 you have fulfilled the dream." It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good, 105 It was certainly an open trial. 106 And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice (i.e. a ram); 107 And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations: 108 Peace be on Abraham. 109 Thus do We reward the good. 110 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 111 We gave him the glad news of the birth of Isaac, one of the righteous Prophets. 112 We blessed him and Ishaque (Isaac), and of their progeny are (some) that do right, and some that plainly wrong themselves. 113
