Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the snorting courses, 1 Striking stones with their hooves, sparking fire. 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust, 4 Penetrating forthwith as one into the midst (of the foe); 5 Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful. 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense. 8 ۞ Does he not know,- when that which is in the graves is scattered abroad 9 And all what lies in the breasts is opened – 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
