▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 2 of 3
All that live on it will perish. 26 yet still abides the Face of thy Lord, majestic, splendid. 27 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 28 All in the heavens and the earth entreat Him for their needs; a new, mighty task engages Him each day. 29 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 30 Jinn and mankind, We shall certainly settle your accounts. 31 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 32 O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority [from Allah]. 33 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 34 The flames of fire and smoke will be sent on you two, then you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 36 And when the sky is rent asunder and becomes red like [burning] oil 37 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 38 On that Day, neither human nor jinn shall be asked about his sin. 39 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 40 The guilty shall be recognized by their marks so they shall be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 42 This is Hell, which the criminals deny. 43 They will run around in blazing fire and boiling water. 44 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 45
