Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 And did We not exalt your fame? 4 Then verily along with every hardship is ease. 5 With difficulty is surely ease. 6 So, when you are free, strive hard, 7 And unto thine Lord, attend. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
