It is God who has created ears, eyes, and hearts for you. Little are the thanks that you give. 78 And it is He Who has spread you in the earth, and towards Him you are to be raised. 79 It is He who revives and makes to die, and to Him belong the alternation of the night and the day. Will you not understand! 80 But nay, they speak as the people of olden times did speak: 81 They say: "What! when we die and become dust and bones, could we really be raised up again? 82 “Indeed this promise was given to us and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of earlier people.” 83 Say thou: whose is the earth and whosoever is therein, if you know? 84 Thereupon they will say, “To Allah”; proclaim, “Therefore why do you not ponder?” 85 Say, "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Glorious Throne?" 86 They will surely say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not, then, fear (Allah)?" 87 Say: Who is it in Whose hand is the kingdom of all things and Who gives succor, but against Him Succor is not given, if you do but know? 88 They will surely say: "(The dominion over all things) belongs to Allah." Say: "Whence are you then deluded?" 89 In fact We brought the Truth to them, and indeed they are liars. 90 No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! 91 He knows what is hidden and what is open: too high is He for the partners they attribute to Him! 92
