(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He raised high its height, then put it into a right good state. 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 and firmly fixed in it mountains; 32 [all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals. 33 But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense, etc.), 34 The day when man remembers all that he had done, 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 Then, for him who Tagha (transgressed all bounds, in disbelief, oppression and evil deeds of disobedience to Allah). 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 But as for him who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained himself from impure evil desires, and lusts. 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They will question thee concerning the Hour, when it shall berth. 42 In what [position] are you that you should mention it? 43 With thy Lord is the Limit fixed therefore. 44 Thou art but [sent] to warn those who stand in awe of it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
