The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Woe to every slanderer and backbiter 1 Who amasses wealth and hordes it. 2 thinking his riches have made him immortal! 3 No indeed; he shall be thrust into the Crusher; 4 And what do you know what the Crusher is? 5 The Fire of God kindled 6 Which mounts directed at the hearts. 7 Verily it shall close upon them, 8 In outstretched columns. 9

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
