The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 for your Lord will have commanded her (to do so). 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 and whoso has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
