Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By (the horses) that charge snorting, 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 by the dawn-raiders 3 Then, therewith, with their trail of dust, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Verily! Man (disbeliever) is ungrateful to his Lord; 6 And to that (fact) he bears witness (by his deeds); 7 And violent is he in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 and all that is [hidden] in men's hearts is bared 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
