The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes things clear. 2 It may be that you will destroy yourself with grief because they will not believe. 3 If We will, We shall send down on them out of heaven a sign, so their necks will stay humbled to it. 4 But there comes not to them a newly-revealed Message from (Allah) Most Gracious, but they turn away therefrom. 5 So they have surely belied; wherefore anon there shall come unto them the truth of that whereat they were wont to mock. 6 Have they not seen the earth in which We have made gracious plants grow? 7 In this, behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 8 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 9
