Truly, the God-fearing shall dwell amid gardens and fountains -- 45 (And it is said unto them): Enter them in peace, secure. 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 They will not be affected by any weariness there, and they will never be made to leave." 48 ۞ Inform My servants that I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 And verily My torment! that is the torment afflictive 50 And inform them of the guests of Ibrahim: 51 When they came to Abraham they said: "Peace be upon you!" He replied: "Indeed we feel afraid of you." 52 They said, 'Be not afraid; behold, we give thee good tidings of a cunning boy.' 53 Said he: "Do you give me this glad tiding despite the fact that old age has overtaken me? Of what [strange thing,] then, are you giving me a tiding!" 54 They replied: 'In truth we have given you glad tidings, do not be one of those who despair' 55 He said, "Who but the misguided despair of the mercy of their Lord?" 56 He said: What is your business then, O apostles? 57 They replied: 'We are sent to sinful nation. 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 "Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)." 60
