No, by the moon! 32 By the receding night 33 and the dawn when it is white, 34 Verily, it (Hell, or their denial of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, or the Day of Resurrection) is but one of the greatest calamities. 35 Warn the men. 36 whether one steps forward to embrace the faith or one turns away from it. 37 Every person is a pledge for what he has earned, 38 Save those who will stand on the right hand. 39 Sitting in the gardens, asking 40 concerning the sinners, 41 "What has caused you to enter Hell?" 42 They will say, "We were not of those who prayed, 43 And we used not to feed the poor; 44 "And we used to talk falsehood (all that which Allah hated) with vain talkers. 45 And rejected the Day of Judgement as a lie 46 until death approached us". 47 So there will not benefit them the intercession of [any] intercessors. 48 Then what is the matter with them that they turn away from admonition?- 49 As though they were frightened asses 50 Fleeing from a lion! 51 Rather each one of them desires that he should be given open Books. 52 No indeed; the truth is that they have no fear of the Hereafter. 53 but this is truly a reminder. 54 and whoever wills may take it to heart. 55 And they will not heed unless Allah willeth (it). He is the fount of fear. He is the fount of Mercy. 56
