Say: "I am only a warner, and there is no other god but God, the one, the omnipotent, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, all-mighty, all-forgiving." 66 Say: "This is a message tremendous: 67 (And) you are turning aside from it: 68 I had no knowledge of the higher Assembly when they discussed it among themselves. 69 It is revealed unto me only that I may be a plain warner. 70 When your Lord said to the angels; Surely I am going to create a mortal from dust: 71 So when I have fashioned him and breathed into him (his) soul created by Me, then you fall down prostrate to him." 72 Thereupon the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together, 73 Saving Iblis; he was scornful and became one of the disbelievers. 74 The Lord said, "Iblis, what prevented you from prostrating before what I have created with My own hands? Was it because of your pride or are you truly exalted?" 75 He said: I am better than he; Thou hast created me of fire, and him Thou didst create of dust. 76 "Begone! You are accursed: 77 "And My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Judgment." 78 He said: My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised. 79 [Allah] said, "So indeed, you are of those reprieved 80 "Till the Day of the Time Appointed." 81 He said: "By Your authority, I will lead them astray, 82 [all] save such of them as are truly Thy servants!" 83 Said Allah, “So this is the truth; and I speak only the truth.” – 84 I shall certainly fill Gehenna with you and every one of them that follows you' 85 SAY [O Prophet]: "No reward whatever do I ask of you for this [message]; and I am not one of those who claim to be what they are not. 86 This is only a warning for mankind. 87 You will come to know its truth in time." 88
