Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Qaf. I swear by the glorious Quran (that Muhammad is the Apostle of Allah) 1 They are rather surprised that a warner from among themselves has come to them. So the unbelievers say: "This is astonishing: 2 What! when we are dead and have become dust? That is afar (from probable) return. 3 We already know how much of them (of their bodies) the earth will consume. With Us there is a Book that contains all records. 4 Nay, but they have denied the truth when it came unto them, therefor they are now in troubled case. 5 Have they not then observed the sky above them, how We have constructed it and beautified it, and how there are no rifts therein? 6 And the earth -- We stretched it forth, and cast on it firm mountains, and We caused to grow therein of every joyous kind 7 An insight and an admonition for every bondman penitent. 8 And We send down from the sky rain charted with blessing, and We produce therewith gardens and Grain for harvests; 9 and tall palm-trees with their thickly-clustered dates, 10 as a provision for the worshipers; thereby We revived a land that was dead. Such shall be the emerging. 11 Before them, the nation of Noah, the nation of ArRass belied and so did Thamood 12 And the A-ad, and Fir'awn, and the brethren of Lut. 13 and the people of Aykah, and the people of Tubba'. They all gave the lie to the Messengers. Thereafter My threat of chastisement against them was fulfilled. 14 Are We then wearied with the first creation? Aye! they are in dubiety regarding a new creation. 15
