Truly, it is We who have revealed to you the Quran, a gradual revelation. 23 So submit patiently to thy Lord's command, and obey not of them any guilty one or disbeliever. 24 And remember the Name of your Lord every morning and afternoon [i.e. offering of the Morning (Fajr), Zuhr, and 'Asr prayers]. 25 and during some of the night, and prostrate thyself before Him, and extol His limitless glory throughout the long night. 26 Surely men love what hastes away and forget the grievous day (ahead). 27 It is We Who created them, and We have made their joints strong; but, when We will, We can substitute the like of them by a complete change. 28 This surely is a reminder: Therefore whosoever desires may take the way to his Lord. 29 Yet you will not unless Allah wills; surely, Allah is the Knower, the Wise. 30 He admits whoever He will into His grace and has prepared a painful punishment for the evil doers. 31
