3/4 Hizb 45

And indeed Nuh (Noah) invoked Us, and We are the Best of those who answer (the request). 75 We delivered him and his household from the great calamity; 76 And his offspring! them We made the survivors. 77 And We left for him among the posterity. 78 Peace be unto Noah among the peoples! 79 As such We recompense the gooddoers, 80 For he was one of our believing Servants. 81 We drowned the rest. 82 ۞ And lo! of his persuasion verily was Abraham 83 When he came unto his Lord with a whole heart; 84 and [thus] spoke to his father and his people: "What is it that you worship? 85 A lie-- gods besides Allah-- do you desire? 86 What, then, do you think of the Sustainer of all the worlds?" 87 Then he glanced a glance on the stars. 88 And said, "I am sick," 89 All the people turned away from him 90 He then sneaked upon their deities and said, “Do you not eat?” 91 “What is the matter with you, that you do not say anything?” 92 And he turned upon them smiting them with his right hand. 93 So the disbelievers came running towards him. 94 He said, "Do you worship that which you [yourselves] carve, 95 even though God created both you and that which you have made?" 96 They said, 'Build him a building, and cast him into the furnace!' 97 They plotted against him, but We brought humiliation upon them. 98 He said: 'I will go to my Lord; He will guide me. 99 My Lord! grant me of the doers of good deeds. 100 And We gave him the glad tidings of a very gentle son (Ishmael). 101 And [one day,] when [the child] had become old enough to share in his [father's] endeavours, the latter said: "O my dear son! I have seen in a dream that I should sacrifice thee: consider, then, what would be thy view!" [Ishmael] answered: "O my father! Do as thou art bidden: thou wilt find me, if God so wills, among those who are patient in adversity!" 102 When they had both submitted to God, and he had laid his son down on his face, 103 We called to him, "Abraham, 104 Of a surety thou hast fulfilled the vision. Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 105 for, behold, all this was indeed a trial, clear in itself. 106 So, We ransomed him with a mighty sacrifice, 107 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times: 108 "Peace and salutation to Abraham!" 109 Thus, do We reward the righteous ones. 110 He is truly among Our faithful creatures. 111 And We gave him the good news of Isaac, a Prophet and among the righteous ones. 112 And We sent blessings upon him and Ishaq; and among their descendants some who do good deeds, and some who clearly wrong themselves. 113
