We also bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron: 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 We gave them the enlightening Book, 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We left (this blessing) for them among generations (to come) in later times: 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 They called him a liar. Thus, all of them will suffer torment 127 Except the chosen slaves of Allah. 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 Salamun (peace) be upon Ilyasin (Elias)!" 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 Wherefore We saved him and his entire family 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
