The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 who has created and shaped, 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 who brings forth the pastures, 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 And We will make it easy for thee (to follow) the simple (Path). 8 Therefore, keep on preaching as long as it is of benefit. 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 But the most hapless will flout it, 11 even he who shall roast in the Great Fire, 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, 15 But rather you prefer the life of this world! 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 This, indeed, was in the ancient Scrolls, 18 The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). 19
